One woman. Two warriors. Two worlds. How will she choose?

Miranda Doyle has spent months in the arms of a mysterious Trion doctor. His hands are skilled at more than just healing, but their casual "friends with benefits" arrangement isn't enough for her. She wants it all, and the Interstellar Brides Program guarantees her not just a mate, but a perfect match.

Doctor Valck Brax is in love with Miranda, a human female who surrenders to his touch so beautifully. Finally ready to claim her forever, he resigns and returns to her with mating adornments in hand. But he's too late. Miranda is gone, half a universe away and in the arms of a fierce Prillon warrior.

Captain Trist Treval of Battlegroup Zakar is a cold and cunning fighter. Infamous for his unforgiving nature and calculating ways, war has been his life. Now, with three little words, "you've been matched," everything changes. He'll destroy anything and everyone who tries to take his beautiful new mate from him, including the foolish doctor from Trion who arrives on the battleship claiming she belongs to him.

She's been matched, but who will she choose as her mate?

This wasn't your normal menage storyline, it had lots of emotion, erotic sex with some light bdsm elements, and exciting battles. A story you don't want to miss.

It didn't progress the overall story much, but I really enjoyed the book. Some of the best D\s descriptions I have read the author had some great insight.

I was happy to see Trist get his mate ??. As much as I enjoyed it; I would have like to see how Brax settled into life on a battleship. Is he just a doctor or does he still work with IC? Miranda has a unique perspective, she went from earth to Trion, to live for a while. Then went to the battleship to be with Trist. I would have liked to hear a little bit more about her experience. Altogether it was a good story, and I will be waiting for the next story.

In this story, Miranda has followed her friend, Natalie to Trion, where she has lived for the past two years. Both women are from Earth and friends, but Natalie is mated to Councilor Roark. Miranda is divorced and had an Earth husband who made her feel bad about her desires. On Trion, she has been in a ‘friends with benefits’ relationship with Doctor Valck Brax, but he is gone more than around and is married to his job—just enjoying their little sexcapades—but she wants more. “I didn’t belong to him. And as much as I had hoped otherwise, the words he’d just spoken made my body burn but my heart break. I didn’t belong to him. And he didn’t belong to me. Sex isn’t enough. I’m worth more, and I’m going to get it. An alien. A mate who will be possessive and growly.” Miranda will test with the Interstellar Bride program and discover she is matched with a mate on Prillion—where a primary and his secondary wear collars along with their mate. She will be protected not but one mate, but by two. She will be transported to Battleship Zakar, and her new mate is Captain Trist Treval. He doesn’t have a second, because he had released him years ago when it did not look like he would receive a mate himself—and now he has been matched to Miranda of Earth. “Once I place my collar around your neck, our official mating trial will begin. You will have thirty days to accept my claim or choose another. Your collar will remain black—unnamed—until you are officially claimed. Once you accept me and my second, your collar will turn green, to match mine, and you will be mine forever. I am now and forever your primary male—but, the warden on Trion was correct. You shall have two warriors to adore and protect you. Do not fear, mate. I will take care of you, including finding a second, so you are never left alone. I will find one worthy of you. Of us, as a family. Nothing is more important to me that you are, mate. Nothing.” What happens when Brax returns from his latest mission to Trion and discovers that Miranda is gone—joined the Interstellar Bride program and has been matched? Can he accept that he has lost her, or is he willing to travel the universe and fight for her, for their love and connection? Prillions are larger than Trion, but Brax isn’t just a doctor while he has been away on secret missions. It will become two Aliens willing to fight for her, to claim her and mate her. But what will she want? “She was a true submissive, heart, and soul. The stronger her male, the safer she would feel.” “She does not want what you offer. She craves structure. Dominance. She craves reassurance that she will be valued about all others. She was nothing to you, Trion. She chose to leave you. She chose to come to me.” “I want you. I want both of you. I’d thought it impossible. But this was my nirvana. Heaven. A dream I’d never dared have imagined for myself.” Two dominant men, one with a temporary relationship that he didn’t show her how much she meant—and another who has been matched, but without a second that she will need. Will a life and death situation change Trist’s opinion of Brax—will he see him as a strong warrior who will risk it all to keep their woman safe? How can two, no make that three cultures interact and make it work? Will they be able to accept her submission and give Miranda the dominance that she needs while finding a resolution that will work for all three of them—and the three of them compliment each other in strength and desires.

Miranda and Natalie were from the planet Earth. Miranda accompanied her best friend and her son to the planet Trion where Natalie’s mate was from. Miranda needed time to heal from a failed marriage from a man with a very Puritan outlook about sex. Plain vanilla sex, missionary position and, only in the dark. This type of sex didn’t satisfy Miranda and attempting to change things resulted in her husband recoiling and making her feel like she was perverted. She wasn’t, but he made her feel that way. When she finally had the courage and some self esteem back, she propositioned “Brax” a handsome Alien doctor. Brax also worked for the Intergalactic Consortium, leaving for 4-5 weeks at a time, performing services of an unknown nature. They had a “friends with benefits” type relationship. Wait, now she’s on a Prillon battleship! How did that happen? What happened to Brax? Great read. The author provides enough of the backstory so that you don’t feel lost. She has also done a great job infusing her characters with real emotions whether they be earthling or alien. A great read! Love triangles are not usually my thing and when I saw that this was one I admit I almost stopped reading. However, this author has never done me wrong before so I decided to keep going. I was glad I did as since this book was a menage romance the triangle soon turned into a trio! There is a bit of angst but nothing too crazy. Well worth the read.

Matched And Mated - Interstellar Brides 16 - Grace Goodwin This 16th installment of the series finds us back on Trion where a young woman, Miranda has accompanied her friend Natalie two years ago. During that time Natalie is happily mated and Miranda is engaged in a “friends with benefits”, relationship with Brax. Brax is very dedicated to his position in the war with the hive and has to go on dangerous missions sometimes for weeks at a time. Brax is the answer to all of Miranda’s sexual fantasies other than the fact that she has fallen in love with him and is sure Brax does not want to be mated to her. There are several communication issues and when Miranda decides she’s no longer waiting for a male who will not commit she enters the Brides program. Miranda is instantly matched to a warrior, Trist,on a battleship and the match is a true one although he is a bit more “vanilla” than Brax. Trist is a Prillion who does not have a second male as yet (his culture has two males so that if something happens to one there is the other to protect their female). Brax returns home after a mission ready to confess his feelings for Miranda as he realizes he’s been a fool. When he learns she has been matched thru the Interstellar Bride Program to a Prillion Warrior. Brax refuses to let Miranda go and follows her to the Battleship Zakar, to confront her and her match. That’s when things get even more interesting and Miranda, Brax and Trist have to find a way to resolve their love/sex triangle. This is a fun, hot, stand alone addition to the series that is an enjoyable exciting book with an interesting HEA.

A short quick story to read that is well written with a great storyline with so much depth to it. A book I was not putting down until I finished reading. This is book sixteen in the Interstellar Brides Program series. Miranda Doyle has finally had enough Doctor Valck Brax a Trion doctor has not told her yet that he loves her. When he gets home he finds he gone she has been matched to Captain Trist Treval of Battlegroup Zakar through the Interstellar Brides Program. But Brax will not give her up! Their story is one of suspense, drama, danger, the Hive, twists, turns, and two men in love with the same woman . I know when this series is finished I will be reading them all again. I recommend this book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It was an interesting read about aliens and earth women getting together - a twist in that kind of plot. Also, it was a part of a pretty long series. I liked the story and the characters were a great part of that. The style was easy to read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I really enjoyed reading this entertaining Sci-Fi interstellar bride romance & found the story-line & plot well-written & intriguing. The characters are well-developed & delightfully interesting with a variety of traits and different sides to their individual personalities. There are some character crossovers from previous books to make this romance more interesting & it is standalone. There is: a lonely divorced woman (Miranda) has a casual affair arrangement with a high ranking Ttion alien doctor (Valck Brax) whenever he was home but decides to apply for the interstellar brides program & is matched to a Prillon warrior (Captain Trist Treval), various kinds of aliens, evil aliens (The Hive), friendship, twists & turns, intrigue, drama, adventure, action, secrets, domination/submission, mild BDSM, some mystery, memories, attractions, loneliness, misunderstandings, heartache, emotional turmoil, decisions, determination, confrontation, compromises, unexpected invasion, conflict, protectiveness, contentment, love, happiness, steamy scenes & a satisfying, highly humorous epilogue. I would recommend this Sci-Fi romance.

Captain Trist Treval of Battlegroup Zakar, the Trion Doctor Valck Brax, and the human woman Miranda Doyle are the main characters in this book. Miranda and Brax are in a friends-with-benefits relationship that is not meeting the needs of Miranda, who would like to have a family and be completely loved and adored. He is gone so frequently, and he doesn’t seem to be moving forward for a closer relationship. Miranda is not aware that in addition to his role as doctor, Brax is also acting in a sort of “secret agent” position because his medical profession gives him easier access to things. But due to the extreme danger of the work he does as a spy, he has hesitated in pursuing a mate who would be left alone if he were killed. When Brax finally decides he loves Miranda and is ready to make her his, he finds out that he waited too long. She has signed up in the Interstellar Brides program and is matched to Trist, a Prillon who would be expected to share his mate with a second. (In Trist’s case, he does not have a second.) Miranda is transported to Trist’s battleship, but Brax is not going to give her up! He arrives on the battleship claiming Miranda belongs to him while the cold and cunning fighter, Trist, threatens to destroy anything and everyone who tries to take his mate from him. Who will win the bride in battle? Which man owns Miranda’s heart? I absolutely love this author’s writing! I note once again that, if the characters took a few moments to communicate honestly about their feelings and what they expect from each other, so much drama could be avoided. But then we wouldn’t have great story lines to follow! Although I must admit that Miranda’s selfishness, which I can agree with a tiny bit, did not endear her to me, I really liked Brax. He just took a little too long to make his decision and didn’t see Miranda’s impatience growing. So now we have two powerful males ready to do battle over her – which will win? Grab your copy and find out if you cheered for the winning side – I have a feeling you can’t lose on this one.

This is a well-written, fast-paced, action-packed tale of alien brides from earth with an extra spin to this match. We also revisit MC from the previous book and find out how they are doing. The character development has given us main characters are truly strong-willed, intriguing and funny. The flow of the action is perfect and I couldn’t put it down. Miranda is a strong is her need to be dominated, she finally knows what she wants and doesn’t settle for less. Both Trist and Brax are both dominate alpha characters. Trist is a Prillon that expects to share his mate with a second, Brax is a Trion that expects to adorn his mate. Most of the story is aboard the Battleship Zakar which means continued Hive involvement. Recommended! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

God, I love this series, and I think this is the best one so far. Miranda is a great character that is strong and knows what she wants, now. She has a horrible past that started on Earth and is now finding her voice when it comes to her sexuality and being a woman. When she finally finds someone she wants to start a relationship he ends up being the man she is already in a 'friends-with-benefits' relationship with. Brax is the man she is already in a relationship with. But he is a military man and is not good with emotions. Until he comes home and finds Miranda gone, he is bound and determined to find her and claim her. But it might be a little late since someone has already claimed her and she is not complaining. Tryst is the mate Miranda is found to be compatible with, and she is sent to him. These two are so beautiful together. Tryst literally gives her everything she could ever want and then some. He is the perfect mate for Miranda, but deep down, she feels the need for someone or something else in the bedroom. When Brax shows up on Tryst's ship to claim Miranda he has more to deal with than just Miranda's heart he also has Tryst to deal with. I loved this book, and it is a must-read!

Grace has done it again. I love this book. This book was a change and different from all the other ones. Don’t get me wrong submissive is submissive. But for this one you have a woman who was broken by a husband from one of the previous books who didn’t understand or appreciate her. In comes and alien who is not really to mate and as she made arrangements of being friends with benefits. But once those needs are met and she has come into herself understanding, needs and wants; what is she to do? This book questions and answers the heroines didn’t verbalize appropriately to the man she wanted. That phrase “you never a good thing til it’s gone” comes to mind. So now it’s a fight to get what she wants and to except what she can’t have or can she? This book and a few twists, a good fight scene, Several steamy scenes that you might want to reread and definitely an HEA. This is a great addition to the series and I absolutely loved it. Miranda becomes an interstellar bride after Brax states he has no time to take a mate and goes on another secret mission. She is matched to Trist, who is a Prillon warrior and Captain, and for the first time she feels totally safe, cherished and loved. Brax realizes his mistake and then his work really starts where he has to prove himself both to Miranda and Trist. The book contains references to the Hive and a few encounters are noted. The Hive plays a part in this series, and piece by piece you learn more about it. This makes for a great read and the sexual interaction between Miranda and her men is crazy hot. I would highly recommend this book and the entire series as a great read because Goodwin does not disappoint with her exceptional writing. She draws you in and doesn’t let go until the very end and then you wish the next book was available.

I thought this was an enjoyable wasn't a novella at all. I devoured it so quickly that It was over much too soon. I liked how this book was mostly about making your own second chances. Miranda had recovered from a bad marriage. Brax lost what he didn't even know he had. Trist let his second go thinking he would never have the need for a second. Sometimes second chances are all about courage. Sometimes they're all about fate and still sometimes it's all about strength.

My o my , Matched and Mated by Grace Goodwin is a scorching hot, nsfw read and tells Miranda and Trist and Brax' story. Matched and Mated shows not only are human male clueless, alien ones aren't mind readers either, sometimes they do. I loved, loved , loved Trist Treval's character. He meets Miranda and he knows deep down in his soul, she's his one, his soulmate, his destiny. And for his one he's willing to go great lengths and makes sacrifices. Matched and Mated is one of the outstanding reads in this series and I give 5 Stars.

Trio doctor and IC agent Brax has been having a no strings attached relationship with Miranda since she arrived on Trion with her friend Natalie. Her ex husband had damaged her believing her dirty for wanting things in the bedroom and making her ashamed of her desires. Brax helps heal her an they both have feelings for each other but do not speak up both for different reasons him because of his job and her believing he does not want her. She decides she deserves more and is matched by the bride program. Captain Trist second in command on a Prillion warship believes he will never have a mate that all changes when he is told he has been matched. He has no second as his asked to be released years before to join a family unit. Brax takes his last mission and arrives home to tell Miranda he wants her as a mate to find her gone. Now he must travel across the galaxy and convince both Miranda and her matched mate he should be their second. She has feelings for both males but can they really form a family? I really enjoyed the differences in this book two alpha males form completely different societies coming together to love one earth women. This was excellency written and I love that you get to see some of the characters from previous books in this series. Grace Goodwin never writes a bad story each and every book I have read in this series has been fantastic.

“Matched and Mated” takes Grace Goodwin’s Interstellar Brides series in a totally different mating direction and it is creative genius. Her stories have always been amazing reads but this one is truly unique and gives a fresh new perspective to this series. I loved the interactions between Brax, Trist and Miranda. The characters were strong, protective and had some very emotional interactions. This storyline was perfectly executed with Grace giving her readers a captivating and emotional storyline with the added benefit of steaminess, romance, action and surprising twists. I really loved the epilogue. I won’t give storyline details so as not to ruin the plot for others. It is a wonderfully entertaining read that I highly recommend. I received an advanced readers copy from the author. This is my honest opinion about this book.
