The Gunsmith always has time for his friend Pete, a man who draws trouble--and women--like picnics draw ants. But Pete may not have much time left--unless Clint can save him from a hanging. It was strictly self-defense when Pete shot the mayor of the tiny Mexican town of Dos Cervezas. After all, the mayor pulled a gun. Then again, the man had caught Pete in a rather compromising position--with his daughter...

Now Clint has seventy-two hours to break his friend out of a town where every man, woman, and child is armed. If he succeeds, Pete has quite a reward in store for him. And if he fails, he might swing right along with his friend...
