I read this book within a couple of hours and kept laughing out loud. It pokes fun at self help books of different topics such as relationships, finances, and dieting to name a few. It is not meant to be a serious self help book, it is meant to be funny and I found it to be funny indeed.
It works neither as a good self-help book nor the books it is making fun of are the jokes funny or sarcastic
I read this book in one day on my vacation and what a treat. It had me in stitches. A refreshing change for a longtime self help connoisseur like me.
