This book is a life saver. Just got my SAT scores back from the May test: 750 780, up from 620 670. I owe it all to this book! Make sure to read Chapter 5 carefully and complete all the practice tests!
I have been an SAT tutor for over 17 years, and the McGraw Hill guides have always been my top choice, together with College Board materials, for my SAT students. I even use them when I am teaching algebra or reading skills outside of the SAT. Of the guides to the new SAT that are currently out (Princeton Review, Kaplan, Barron's), this one is by far the most thorough and clear. Very thorough coverage of the advanced math concepts, and a great systematic approach to the new analytical Essay. Five stars!
Many mathematical erros in the book.
