School Library Journal - School Library JournalPreS-These two board books are perfect for holding the interest of toddlers. The pictures include large, color photographs of babies and objects that take up the entire page. In Colors, each two-page spread features simple phrases ("green ring," "purple glasses") printed on vibrantly colored pages on the left, with a close-up shot of a baby on the right. In My Bear, babies are shown playing different games with their teddies, accompanied by short phrases such as "peekaboo bear" or "huggable bear." Both titles give opportunities for parents to interact with their infants.-Sarah O'Neal, Salt Lake County Library System, UT Copyright 1999 Cahners Business Information.

Me and My Bear based on 0 ratings. 1 reviews.
I have two boys. My oldest is six and my baby is one. I am amazed by how they were both drawn to this book. I was a preschool teacher, so I have hundreds of childrens book. My six year old carried this book around daily when he was one. Now my one year old with rip all the books off the shelf to find it. He carries it everywhere also. I guess it is five stars in a one year olds eyes!!!
