My grand-daughter (three years old) recently noticed her shadow and how she could make the shadow change. She was thrilled with the simple dog shadow puppet I already knew and asked for more. So I went looking for guidance and found this book. Now it regularly appears in our "night-night" routine before the bedtime stories. The illustrations are clear enough for my grand-daughter to imitate on her own and the explanations are well-written. The progression from basic to more complex is very helpful and keeps us working toward new goals.
