I rented this textbook at the end of December and received it INCOMPLETE (I was sent only the second volume of this two-volume set) on Wednesday January 2nd. When I contacted customer service they were incapable of understanding that a two-volume set requires two textbooks and I have been fighting with them for over a week now to try to get the rest of the textbook. DO NOT RENT THIS BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY, go elsewhere or rent the single-volume version.

I don't recommend buying the 2 volume set from Barnes and Noble. I only received the first volume when I ordered this. After multiple phone calls to customer service I ended up having to send it back because volume 2 was out of stock and they couldn't tell me when or if they would get more. How can they sell books they don't have????
