We need a Little Wolf now, A hero,
This is the third book in this series. I have read all three and think maybe this is the best one. Little Wolf is just trying to live a live of peace in his valley with his wife and a few friends. While he is out hunting, white men form Medicine Creek come and kill all his friends except one and they take his wife with them. She is taked to a army post and a trap is set to catch liffle Wolf. The book is about his getting her back and the many things that happen to them as they try to leave the country. I kept wanting to cheer Little Wolf on to get her back and to take care of the people who were holding her. If you like books about the early west and the indians of that time you will like this book. Does the big scout kill Little Wolf? Does the army patrol finally get Little Wolf? Does the town of Medicine Creek get burned to the ground? Do Little wolf and Rain Song get away? You will have to read the book to find out.
