This book is definitely for someone who wants to meditate but doesn't know where to begin. The author gives very well defined explanations and examples for you to try. It is not overwhelming. The book is well organized and takes you step by step so you feel confident in mediating by the end of the book. You are able to integrate meditation into your daily life and make it a continuous practice with ease. I had searched for a meditation book I could understand and apply. This is the best book I have found. I highly recommend Meditation Made Easy for those who want to begin to meditate.
