If you get stressed out daily like I do and thought about trying out meditation to help out then this book will help you get started. It's easy to read and understand. all it takes is just 10 minutes out of your day that you can do at any time and anywhere you would like to. It has helped me feel so calm and relaxed now..

I have never thought to do meditation. I'm always on the go and have something to do. My life can be very stressful. I was referred to this book. I love that I can get the medication done in 10 minutes, there's no reason for me to not fit in my daily schedule. I definitely recommend you give this book a try. Great for beginners

This is a great introduction to meditation that helps you to stay focused with  as you are tuned into the awareness of your thoughts.  In this book there are several 10-minute exercises illustrating basic meditation techniques and how it helps you to achieve calmness,  and happiness.  It is a great little book for beginners that want to learn about meditation.   It's a 10-minute retreat that helps your body, mind and soul and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.   I loved this book! Easy to read and very helpful for the meditation beginner.

I absolutely love and needed this book! My doctor told me last week I need to meditate so this book came in handy. There was so much information that it made me understand what "meditation" is ...not just breathing in and out. It answered questions I had. Walks you through from beginning to end of mediation. Gives different types of meditation plus tips to help you get through day to day. I want to do the 28-day Meditation Plan. When we move I also want to make myself a mini-meditation retreat area. This will be a book I will be using DAILY! Any one starting out or wanting to know more on how to meditate this is an awesome book. So happy I have this book.

Love to meditate, and this book gave step by step instruction on how to preform 18 different types of meditation. I also really liked the 3 different 28 day meditation plans, for those times that you need something more. Meditation is good for anyone, and everyone should have a calm zone...meditation can help you find it. Start with this book!

This book is a great stress reliever. It has a lot of information about why meditation is so important for your mind. It really helped me calm down for a short moment in life and feel stress free for once.

I found this book to be a quick easy read. That and helpful, I really was kinda against meditation thinking its just foolish. I can't say that now, after reading this book. I used the techniques, and guides provided. I learned how well meditation really helps, and that you can do it in 10min. Being a busy person, and a veteran with PTSD, this book has helped me be able to take a well needed break/aka moment to relax. I can't speak enough postives about this book! I have learned that when I am ready to go to that level in life I will come back to this book to learn more. It was very informative On meditation, Im not the kind of person to meditate. But I did enjoy this book somewhat. It is a pretty good read. I would recommend this book out to a few friends I know that would enjoy this book. Its not a book I would just go buy.

This is a terrific book for beginners, such as myself. It is packed with useful tips and helpful advice to get you started on your path to meditation. Nothing clears the mind as much as meditation and it has been known to have both therapeutic advantages, as well as bodily advantages. Great book, easy to read. I received this book as an ebook for the purpose of review.

I really enjoyed this book, it was easy to follow and quite enjoyable to read. I work in a high stress environment and this has really helped to calm me down and to think i could have been using these techniques all this time and it only takes 10 minutes. A great book that I do recommend.

This is the best meditation book I have read. I didn't find it very stressing to read and to follow. The 10 minute meditations are easy to commit to and have promising results. After my 1st meditation, I was very relieved and relaxed. I never knew I could be so relaxed in such a small period of time. This book is awesome.

This book is amazing, it includes easy to follow meditation steps. With mid terms coming up this book is great for any college student wanting to unwind after a busy day of class. I can honestly say this was on of my most favorite meditation books that I have read in awhile. And it is really easy to follow which makes it an absolute plus!! I couldn't imagine another way to unwind!

This is a very thorough book for beginners. As a beginner to meditation I enjoyed reading this book. I've already used some of the tips such as object focusing in my daily meditation practices.  Great for those just starting out of want to learn more tips. I received a copy of this ebook in exchange for review.

This book could not have come at a better time.  I am going through a divorce, and just recently had a car wreck.  Meditation has actually helped me through my roughest times. This book helped guide me through it. This world would be such a happier, more relaxed place if they all did this!  Instead of getting angry or upset just meditate!

Being a stay at home mom of a two year old can be quite hard. I find it hard to find time for myself. This book has helped me learn to relax and take time for myself even if just for a minute at a time. I love how this book Breaks meditating down for Beginners so that you don't feel overwhelmed and it teaches you how To block out the negative noise.

Being constantly on the go, It can be hard to find time to think.  But with Meditation Now, I have learned that you can just take 10 minutes to Meditate and clear your mind.  I try to Take 10 minutes after I get home  to sit by myself and meditate.  That way I can fully enjoy spending time with my family and not worry about being uptight or stressed. It is a very easy read and very informative. I need these at work most days. I have 15 minute breaks so I can devote 10 of it to becoming more relaxed. Meditation is a good form of self relaxation. Ways to try and let some things go. You just have to breathe in and breathe out.  This helps you learn how to calm your mind as well as your body. When you can fully relax the day goes by easier and with less stress. If you have ever considered try Meditation this is a perfect book for you to start with.

I loved this book. It was easy to understand, great for practitioners of any level and shock full of different activities for a successful meditation. This book made me feel as if was speaking directly to me. This is something I have been interested in but does not seem to work. I found t the answers to why I have not been successful in my meditation. I honestly could not quit reading. The author had humerous lingo and  comparisons that made me forget I was learning techniques in being successful in meditation

This book goes into some valuable 1-minute breathing techniques that is into the gist of what meditation is all about. I love that about this book because these exercises help me to learn to control my breathing so that I am able to build up to the 10-minute meditation exercises that are in the book. It is great that this book goes into specific detail about how to begin to meditate by learning how to position yourself properly and to be comfortable and in a quiet place to be able to concentrate. *I was given the book for review. All opinions are 100% my own.

I think Meditation Now was written for an audience that believes in the quasi-religious spirituality often associated with meditation. Because of that, I had a difficult time finding meditations that worked for me within this book. The first half of the book brings up deities, universal connections, and the third eye, which might be off-putting to some. Nevertheless I was able to find a few meditations in the second half that I enjoyed and will use again. In my opinion there is not enough generic information within this book to recommend it to people who are not like-minded individuals.

This Meditation Now book is an easy read! This book features 10- Minute  Meditations that will guide you on how to meditate. It guides You from how to breathe to how to relax. Did you know there are different positions in meditation? I didn't till I read this book. I learned  that when you focus on an object to clear your mind and really see the  object for what it is. See the shape, color and beauty in whatever it may be that has caught your eye and relax!
