I learned a great deal about nutrition from this book and was inspired enough to actually change my eating habits. The author does a great job of explaining the science behind the nutrition in a clear, easy-to-understand way. The recipes are very "do-able" and I have already tried one (couscous) that was quite good.

Love this book. Was recommended my my cardiologist. Easy to understand and recipes are easy for me. Sometimes we need some facts to help us decide what is good for us. Adding spice to my life. Opa!
