If you're looking for more Mediterranean recipes, this is a nice, short booklet with 25 very original recipes
Delicious, healthy recipes (a lot of fish, though) and tons of good nutrition information here about the various foods that comprise the Mediterranean diet.
This is a short book with just 25 recipes but it is a treasure of interesting nutritional information and we love the healthy recipes.
I bought this because we love the author's other book, THE MEDITERRANEAN PRESCRIPTION, and use it ALL THE TIME. Once again, I loved the explanation of why these Mediterranean super foods are so super. The recipes are more out there, but I like them. Highly recommended.
