This book of poetry offers unique insight into the world of motorcycles, bikers and those who move to the beat of a different drummer. The poems provide a peek into the experiences and observations of that lifestyle and are presented like snapshots in a photo-album of words.

I turned page after page of Members Only as it was that enthralling! I was swept up in the images and was made to feel my arm hairs rise with the wind pushing against them as I rode along with the poet! Tammy Nuzzo-Morgan Suffolk County Poet Laureate 2009 - 2011

I love this book. It gives great insight into the mystique and fascination of bikes and bikers as well as a glimpse of life for those of us who march to the beat of a different drum, even when forced into conformity. Members Only makes me want to travel back in time, get on my riding gear and ride with the freedom of no rules or responsibilities.

What a book! Listen to its language: strong, passionate, earnest, & eloquent. See its imagery: alive & magical. Read the poem "Intersection," and then I dare anyone to enter and then come out of this world not feeling the thunder of these men and machines. Mr. Dugan has laid down the law of a biker and even me, a non-biker, felt that Harley roar down that hard, fast, unforgiving road. denis jules gray
