Raleigh Desper (1985- ) was born in Prince George's County Maryland to a Black father from Virginia and Native-American mother [Piscataway Conoy Tribe] from Maryland. Raised by both parents and the youngest of four siblings, Raleigh is a public speaker, author, and entrepreneur. Well rounded, extremely cultured and able to teach, train, coach, and develop a wide variety of teams on cultural diversity in the 21st Century. Former D.C.
