FANTASTIC READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Memories In Blood is the first book by L.F. Crawford I have read but it won't be the last. It is the best romantic suspense I have read in a long time. From the very beginning I was intrigued with Jane Blackwood who is recovering from a bullet wound and also suffers from amnesia. She keeps having flashbacks to her childhood that are both freighting and incomplete. Someone is killing people who are digging into Jane's past. Homicide Detective MacCaffrey's partner is killed after meeting with an undercover fed (Groski) who gives him a flash drive before he dies. It seems his partner is looking into Jane's past even though she tells him not to. The elusive killer is a woman who is able to change her appearance which allows her to evade capture. This killer (Beverly) kidnaps Dr. Keller who is hypnotizing Jane in order for her to remember her past. With plenty of plot twists and turns Memories In Blood is a definite must read. I can't wait till Betrayal In Blood (the conclusion) is available..
