A conflict-avoiding teacher. A take-no-prisoners PTA mom. All that pulls them together is the gardening class he’s reluctantly teaching.
As memories linger in the past, so dreams stretch toward the future.
Single mom Adriana Diaz isn’t about to let the new teacher derail the PTA’s hard work in securing a greenhouse and garden area for Bridgeview Elementary School, but taking matters into her own hands turns awkward when she realizes her attraction to the teacher.
Pro-level conflict-avoider Myles Sheridan finds himself against an entire community with his reluctance to incorporate gardening into his classes. The only thing that could make his situation worse is falling in love with the ringleader, whose child is his most difficult student and whose husband had died a hero.
How can Myles compete with the man from Adriana’s memories? He’s not the material champions are made of. Or is he?

Memories Of Mist : A Christian Romance By: Valerie Comer Memories of Mist is a Christian Romance by Valerie Comer. This is really a great story. Love the story and the characters, both were easy to follow and well developed. This story touched my heart. When I started I did not want to put it down. A new teacher comes to school and single mom Adriana finds herself going agains him, because he was not going to bring gardening into his class. Myles finds out that he has the whole community going against him. What will he do? I loved watching these two going back and forth. Who will win ? I was given a complimentary copy of this book, but was not told that I had to give a positive review.
As a retired teacher living in a small agricultural community, I have been an avid fan of Valerie Comer Urban Farm Fresh Romances. Memories of Mist did not disappoint. Valerie Comer did her research about small town school life and support or sometimes interference of parents. Adrianna and Myles were likable characters. The plot had some unexpected twists and turns. Definitely a page turner. Relatable theme of fear holding us hostage, but we need to let go. A delightful inspiring romance about life and love being messy.
