About the Author
Chris Van Dyke was raised in a small town of 1200 people on the Southern Oregon Coast. Which is why it seems so unlikely that he would have spent the last 17 years living and teaching in New York City, but such is the way of Fate. When he is not hoping to interest teenagers in the public school system in reading and writing, he is himself reading and writing. He has written a dozen short stories and is currently querying his first finished novel, the epic-fantasy "Dragon's Curse." He has 2 other works in progress. There may be an episode of Steven Universe that doesn't make him cry, but he can't think of it right now.
