WOW. Impactful, LOVED having some male perspective shed on this topic. Nobody likes shame, but what a godsend to have tools to recogzine it and understand it, AND move out of it. GREAT listen, short & sweet and to the point. One of the BEST I've read/listened too, and I've read a few. Getting another copy for a friend. Can't wait for my husband to listen to this on the drive home. Well done Brene, I am now a fan.

There is so much that the author shares, that I had to rewind several times to relisten and ended up listening to the whole thing again to tie all the context together. Other than a somewhat rambling style, Brene is very engaging and makes some extremely important points and uses personal examples that really help.
