About the Author
Muzila is a 5th-degree black belt in Shotokan karate, but he has practiced numerous martial arts, various fighting styles and boxing. He has participated on the U.S. Shotokan Karate Team. He holds many karate athletic world records, which exhibit incredible physical, mental stamina and endurance, one of which is practicing karate techniques for 24 hours straight.
