Jeff Galloway is a great motivator! I used many of his techniques listed in this book to run my first half marathon and even faster than I had planned! I met many people at the race that were using his method and loving it! I am planning to run a full marathon next, and that is something I thought I would never do. Buy this and you will not be disappointed.
After reading this book, I got to work, and surprised myself. Simple techniques to put into practice worked for me. Reduced my time.
