I'll let the recipe for enchilada sauce speak for me: oil, flour, water, chili powder, garlic powder, salt. I was disappointed, because I love cooking and love learning new recipes, but the recipes in this book are pretty terrible.
I love Mexican food. I bought this book many years ago, and use it faithfully. I keep on buying it for my friends. It explains all that you need to start, as I had never been exposed to the cooking aspect, only the eating part. The book has led me on a fun filled journey of learning to do something that I will always enjoy.
