This is a must buy for anyone who is a fan of grilling. One of the best out there in Michael Symon has brought grilling fans a new take on the art of grilling. Michael explains all the different type of techniques and how to properly execute them. I have always been a fan of the iron chef and his guidance and recipes offered are a huge welcome in this book. Also, a great price for a great book with an iron chef's autograph
