I use Word 2003 every day. When I have even the slightest problem, I don¿t have time to look through those thick and wordy text books. This little book is a simple yet comprehensive desk reference book. The directions are hands-on and user friendly. The text is readable and well organized. The visuals are clean and fully support the instructions. I have learned some very useful tips and shortcuts that have saved me a lot of time and frustration. It is an excellent resource for both office and home.
