I have made 4 recipes from this book and the cookies are fantastic. The recipes are easy and everything is explained perfectly. You do not have to be a professional chef to make these cookies, although the people you share your cookies with will think you are.
The recipes are wonderful, the photography mouthwatering. It is nice to see how these magical cookies come to be. A fabulous guide to the secret makings of these treasured gems -- though as a New Yorker I must admit that I also have the opportunity to go to Tina's Commerce Street bakery. Guess now I have a choice...baked by me or from the bakery...oh how lucky am I!
