This book is really saying nothing new but it is said in a new way and it has helped me and others that I have given it to.. common response from my friends was why did I not read this sooner.. it answers so much.. the bottom line is that it helps with your attitude and the ability to deal with life.. definately a thumbs up book... very glad I purchased it and it is a much easier read than the title might lead you to believe..

With all due respect, ignore the Psychology Today review and buy this book. It is a gift to people who have exhausted the limitations of Western medicine and simply want to be healed.

I love the Mind-Body connection that she was able to make as well as her determination to make that stand.
