Originally published in 1989, years before the internet was launched and well before digital media, Minding Your Own Business professes a concept and a series of business tenants still relevant today.
Minding Your Own Business is an approach much wider in scope than simply managing your new business. To "manage" is to get along in handling matters, but to "mind" is to attend to matters more closely and to be aware of the many varied everyday misunderstandings which can get your business into trouble. The ideas presented in this book form a conceptual framework designed to examine the assumptions underlying your business decisions.
Application of this concept will help you to be among the one in two business owners who succeed in breaking the five-year-barrier, recognized by many in business as the first real measure of long-term success.
