"I will do anything to make her MINE." —Remington Tate

In the international bestseller Real, the unstoppable bad boy of the Underground fighting circuit finally met his match. Hired to keep him in prime condition, Brooke Dumas unleashed a primal desire in Remington "Remy" Tate as vital as the air he breathes…and now he can’t live without her.

Brooke never imagined she would end up with the man who is every woman’s dream, but not all dreams end happily ever after, and just when Remington needs her the most, Brooke makes a discovery that forces her away from the ringside. Now with distance and darkness between them, the only thing left is to fight for the love of the man she calls Mine.

What a beautiful follow up!! This is my favorite couple of all time! Intense love and devotion. I was with them in every struggle, rooting for their much deserved HEA! I don't think there are appropriate words for how special this series is! Now I can't  wait for Remy's  pov!

## Don't bother. Brooke is so awful in this book. Whiny, annoying, jealous and just plain pathetic. Stick with the first book and pretend it ends there.

Remy, Remy, Remy! OMFG!!! I didn’t know what all Brooke and Remy could conquer until Mine. Remy is hot as ever! Brooke is madly in love with him and has promised Remy and herself that she will never leave him again, but unforeseen circumstances pull them apart again.  Can they get through it? You’ll have to read to find out! No spoilers here! I just cannot express enough how much I absolutely love this series. You have got to go get your copy of Mine right now and if you haven’t read Real yet, get to it!! ~Kendra with For the Love of Books

Real was an amazing love story so I really tried to like Mine. Brooke was tiring, whiny, and unlike herself from the first book. Of course, Remy was wonderful. This book was just sex scenes with too much angst from Brooke. A real letdown for me.

I loved the first book. I literally went without sleep to finish it, hungrily lapping up every word and emotion. I am often skeptical if an author can capture the same tone and magic of a book when they continue the journey. i was hopeful this book would be the one to prove my skepticism wrong. Sadly it wasn't. Yes, Remy continued to remain hot, sexy and desirable. Brooke however, was a complete disappointment. I agree with another reviewer, as the book progressed, she regressed into a petulant child. It was difficult to read and often I found myself skipping sentences, paragraphs and almost pages. In the first book, the chemistry was undeniable, the love scenes vivid and primal, but there was also a significant amount of story and substance. For every page of drawn out foreplay and substance in book one, we were left with piles and piles of sex and no substance. I want to get lost in the story,  not spend hours tripping over so many love scenes they become interchangeable. Also, the dialog became monotonous, "You're my female…you're my male"… Really? Is this what we've been reduced to when an author can no longer come up with verbiage to tantalize. If my husband, or even my most wicked fantasy ever said that to me…i'd laugh. I will still read Remy, because in my mind that had to be better coming from the only redeemable character in this story line now. I wish I could give 2.5 stars, because it's a big better than a 2 (leftover affection from book 1)

I'm on a Remy high and I'm so in love with him and Brooke! This story is touching, addictive, consuming, enthralling, sweet, hot, surprising, hot, hot, hot! I could hardly breathe in the best ways like only Remy and Brooke can make me! I wish they would go on forever, I love their love, them, everything about this story. The way it is told. Their struggles. REMINGTON! oh wow! I am waiting eagerly for more, Ms Evans, I'm a fan for life!

Loved it! Brooke annoyed me at times, but I got my fix of Remy just as in the first book Real. Just for him and for the fantastic writting style of this author, the book deserves 5 stars. But the book has more, much more. You continue to learn about Remy's struggles with his mental disorder, his bravery and loyalty, and finally see him getting the happily ever after that he so very much deserved. Fantastic read!

I am a huge fan of REAL and I really did enjoy MINE. I gave it 4 stars for one reason. In my personal opinion there was just to much time spent in Brooke's head with her thoughts and not enough dialogue between characters. Some people may enjoy that. I personally like more character interaction. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this book and will continue to read Katy's books.

Wow!!!! I just finished the book and don`t know where to start! I absolutely LOVED it!!! Oh. My. God. This book is pure perfection. I thought the first one is amazing, but this one is brilliant! In this book Brooke and Remy need to be apart for some time. But this only brings the insecurity for Brooke. After all, he has so many groupies. Also Remy is still fighting his demons from the past. BUT Remy’s love for Brooke is so strong. He is so protective, you can actually feel his love for Brooke. I read this book in one sitting and I didn`t want to end. This is definitely one of the best reads of this year. It is romantic, sweet, steamy...and Remy is one of my favourite book boyfriend EVER <3 :) Can`t wait for the other books of Katy Evans!

When I read the first book in this series Real I was blown away. The story of Brooke and Remy crept its way into my heart and soul. Brooke was a character I found was so easy to relate with. Remy on the other hand was unlike any character I have ever encountered. He defines the word fantasy. He is sexy, charming, challenging - he believes he is unloved, unwanted and incapable of loving. In Real the author provides such a three dimensional description of all of the characters that I felt an intense bond. A bond that held strong until the release of Mine. In Mine we are treated so many things. The layers of our already complex characters are peeled back slowly giving us a much more intense look into the minds of Brooke, Remy and the other characters in this book. We explore the intense feelings of love, the deep desire for understanding, the letting go of the less important, the realization of who and what is most important. This is a love story based of pure raw emotion. The intensity at which the love shines will astound you. The lengths Brooke and Remy will go to commit themselves to each other will leave you breathless. When the story shines blue your heart will expand to accept the love. When the story is black you will feel the pieces of your heart slowly detach themselves making you grasp onto hope. The extreme intensity of the passion shared will leave you breathless. You will feel your mind molding into the thoughts, whispers, sighs and songs that Remy and Brooke share. I know that I did not want this book to end. As with the first book I know the story of Remy and Brooke will live in my mind for a long time and will reside in my heart forever.

Star Rating: 3.5 stars Heat Rating: HOT! *Mine really needs to be read after reading Real, this is not a stand alone book, click HERE for my review of Real* When you love a book as much as I loved Real anything that comes after it is going to have ridiculously high expectations for being just as good or better than the first book and while Mine was a good book, it never hit the same level as Real. Mine picks up soon after Real ends and gives the reader exactly what we were hoping for (at first) more Remy and Brooke and it was HOT and wonderful!  However, after a few chapters things started to sound the same and Brooke started to grate on my nerves with her insecurities and jealousy.  Remy and Brooke are learning how to be together as a couple on the road (and there is a LOT of sexy times) and just when I think they are going in the right direction, the story line changed and I wasn't a fan of the direction it took these two in for most of the book.  I liked Mine, I didn't love it like Real, but what book can ever top that?  I really wanted to get to know more about Remy and Brooke outside the fights/drama of the Underground.  At times I felt like I was reading a different version of Real all over again with the similar story lines and same issues.   All of this was forgiven, though, in the last 15% when I finally got to see the Brooke and Remy I was hoping to get and I was left with a smile of my face and a sigh in my heart.  Katy Evans can write beautiful stories full of strong emotions and I will continue to gobble up her books as soon as she writes them.  I can't WAIT to get my hands on Remy (the third book in the series, not just the man) and get into his head and heart.  I am DYING to know what he his perspective will be on this journey!   If you loved Real and are dying for more Remy and Brooke grab up Mine and see what these two do once his "real" becomes his "mine".

Brooke Dumas is in love with MMA Underground Fighter Remington "Remy" Tate aka Riptide. Brooke still has nightmares about The Scorpion. Brooke has been waiting to see Remy for weeks now. Brook is stunned to see that Remy has made his body into even more incredible powerhouse that won't be denied by anyone with a brain. Remy is fighting like he's never has before and in the best shape of his life. Brooke couldn't love Remy more yet she does. The Scorpion wants to see Remy thrown off his game by targeting those Remy loves. Will this be Remy's year? How will Remy and Brooke cope with the changes in their lives? Your answers await you in Mine. This moving sequel will definitely keep you in suspense from first page to last page. Brooke and Remy relationship is one that really takes your emotions on a roller coaster ride. Again the author features Bipolar I Disorder, as someone who has Bipolar I Disorder I find this to be fascinating and unique. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

I was discouraged when reading some of these reviews and really debated on reading this book. I'm really glad I did. You get to see just how strong of a bond Remy and Brookes relationship is. This book once again proves how Remy is still a dream guy. Even with his "problem", he is the most loving and understanding male character which makes me love him even more! Yes Brooke goes a bit crazy but after reading, it all makes since and personally I know a lot of women who would act the same in her situations. I recommend reading it!

This is my first read from this author and i wont read another. The writing was so juvenille. By the third chapter i was tired of hearing of Remingtons abs and how perfect he is. It was painful to the end. The characters were stupid and flat.
