This small paperback book is an excellent resource for discovering many great bike trails in all of Missouri. It includes mountain bike trails as well as easy riding like the Katy Trail which is great for families. It gives practical hints for what to expect on a particular bike trail. It includes maps and great suggestions for the user. The size of this book also makes it easy to carry along in a backpack for quick reference while biking. It also includes all of Missouri and particular areas that aren't very well known allowing the reader to experience a good variety of trails.
