Mister O by Lauren Blakely

From the #1 NYT Bestselling author of BIG ROCK and FULL PACKAGE comes a hot & hilarious new standalone...

Just call me Mister O. Because YOUR pleasure is my super power.

Making a woman feel 'oh-god-that's-good' is the name of the game, and if a man can't get the job done, he should get the hell out of the bedroom. I'm talking toe-curling, mind-blowing, sheet-grabbing ecstasy. Like I provide every time.

I suppose that makes me a superhero of pleasure, and my mission is to always deliver.

But then I'm thrown for a loop when a certain woman asks me to teach her everything about how to win a man. The only problem? She's my best friend's sister, but she's far too tempting to resist--especially when I learn that sweet, sexy Harper has a dirty mind too and wants to put it to good use. What could possibly go wrong as I give the woman I've secretly wanted some no-strings-attached lessons in seduction?

No one will know, even if we send a few dirty sexts. Okay, a few hundred. Or if the zipper on her dress gets stuck. Not on that! Or if she gives me those f*&k-me-eyes on the train in front of her whole family.

The trouble is the more nights I spend with her in bed, the more days I want to spend with her out of bed. And for the first time ever, I'm not only thinking about how to make a woman cry out in pleasure --I'm thinking about how to keep her in my arms for a long time to come.

Looks like the real Adventures of Mister Orgasm have only just begun....

**MISTER O is a standalone romantic comedy and it follows supporting characters first introduced in BIG ROCK**

Mister O by Lauren Blakely (Audio Edition) Narrated by Sebastian York 5 Stars - Yowsa! This was a super sexy romantic comedy and I loved it! There is just something so awesome about a confident man who is very “self-assured” when it comes to women. Yet the woman he longs for, is the one woman who confuses him. To make it even better.. It’s his best friend's sister (a favourite theme of mine!) Nick was funny and heartfelt and I loved watching him figure out his feelings... and Harper’s for that matter. The two of them together cracked me up so often! I laughed out loud a bunch of times! Sebastian York… He’s a wonderful narrator! He delivers on all the points, funny, sexy, caring. He plays his role as Nick very well. I would highly recommend his narrations. This book is the first I have ever read by Ms. Blakely and it leaned a bit more in the erotica genre than I am used to, but the comedy, plot and characters really made the book shine! I will definitely look for more of her books.

Nick and Harper have always been friends. They have known each other since high school. He a senior and her a freshman. His best friend is her brother. When she approaches Nick and asks him to teach her how to act around a guy that she is attracted to he agrees. Maybe the week that he agrees to will be enough to get her out of his system. In the back of his mind he thinks of his best friend, her brother Spencer but realizes that since they are both on board with no strings only "lessons" this is okay. As the week goes on Nick realizes that his feelings for her go deeper than he first thought. He doesn't know how to read her and if those feelings are mutual. I love how Lauren Blakely brings humor into this story. It makes it feel real. You get to see how comfortable these two characters are with each other and how their "relationship" changes from friends to something more. There are no games between the two, they are honest and sincere with each other. They always did feel that extra something with the other for a long time it just took them a while to realize it and do something about it.

Desire. Lust.  Comes to mind with super hot story following Nick Hammer aka Professor Hammer aka Mister O. I'm sure there are plenty of names someone can come up with. Nick.. Is well.. Sexy. I'd give him that and he knows what he's doing. He's successful with his raunchy cartoon. But then there's the magic that resides off Harper aka Spencer's little sister aka don't touch her or your hairs gone.  Harper just needs a little more education on sex. And hello? Professor Nick is happy to help and maybe feels a smidge of guilt for about 5 seconds. "Sex is my classroom, but love is a language I barely understand." I loved these two. Their funny, sexy, and work so well together. I've read many of Blakely's books and I can say I'm never disappointed with any of her stories. She has a way of making you feel their desire, the anticipation that's just simmering. And also throwing in the romance that melts....Lissa

I loved this hilarious and heartfelt friends to lovers romance! Brilliantly told from Nick's pov, it is refreshing, clever, and 'O' so sexy! Nick Hammer is a wildly popular naughty cartoonist and his best friends little sister, Harper Holiday, is a magician. How cool is that?! Nick has matured from nerdy schoolboy to hot, sexy, master of woman's pleasure, thanks to the tutelage of his older lovers. But Nick is also sweet, kind, generous and still rocks a pair of glasses. Harper is smart, quirky, charming, and thoughtful. They have been friends for years and have fun and respect one another. When they need each other they are always there to help the other. So in the middle of exchanging favors, their hilarious and witty banter starts to have sexy innuendos. While Nick tries to decode their meaning, he starts to see Harper differently. Will the coaching he gives Harper push her to another man or can he convince her she is absolutely perfect, as she is, for him? Nick and Harper are honest and organic characters that compliment each others quirkiness. Their banter is hilarious and their chemistry is explosive. Ms. Blakely expertly creates genuine, authentic characters in her smart, funny and heartfelt stories. This book is another brilliant, clever and 'O' so sexy Blakely romance that is a MUST READ!

OMG.... It's a warm-fuzzy, sexy, funny read. The fear of your best friend Spenser using Orange eye brow dye and a razor to shave you bald can only work for so long. That is what can happen if Nick touches Harper, Spenser sister. Nick is Spenser's best friend and an adult cartoonist who writes The Adventures of Mr. O. He is young, single, very hot and good at his job. Oh and he understands what females need and want.... You won't want to put the book down. Great read

Mister O by Lauren Blakely is the stand-alone follow up to Big Rock. Both books can absolutely be enjoyed by themselves, but, I'm a stickler for order so thats how I read them. Mister O is the story of Nick Hammer, nerdy cartoonist with a hit prime time animated series and Harper Holiday, magician. Yes, a cartoonist and a magician. intrigued already right? Nick and Harper are friends in their own right but Nick is Best Friends with Spencer, Harper's brother. Oooh, you say, best friends sister romance? Yeah! Smokin' hawt!!!!! Harper is bit of a nerd herself. Totally comfortable on stage performing her magic, she bumbles and slurs anytime there is a man around shes attracted to. Nick has had Harper on constant play in his spank-bank ever since they day they tricked her brother into thinking they were together as a favor for Harper and some evil, sister-payback plan. The memory of her hands all over his arms **steam**. So despite their great friendship, he knows she's off limits, except, she asks him to show her how to woo a man. She wants to date but doesn't have much opportunity to meet guys, and when she does, she can barely speak one intelligible word. Nick jumps on board and the games begin. Lauren Blakely infuses this book with so much wonderful wit, banter and nerdy quirkiness - it was awesome. I loved every single letter. HIGHLY recommend this and also read Big Rock first.

I'm a huge fan of the I'm in love with my best friend's sister story, so I knew I was going to enjoy this book no matter what, but I guess I wasn't quite prepared to the way it was going to affect me, this book is so unique, we usually get a female narrator or maybe we Bert both female and male narrators in the same book, but never, NEVER, just the male PoV. And that is why I love this series because Lauren really knows how to write from a male perspective, it is so interesting to me how we are in his head the entire time, we don't know how the girl is feeling, if she is falling for him or not, if she is excited or sad or anything! It is a mystery, and that is why y adore this books so much! Fantastic story with lots of flirting and sexy times that will make the butterflies in your stomach to go absolutely crazy, I can't wait for the next book!

They say men have sex on the brain 99.99 percent of the time. You're not going to catch me trying to dispute that...In my case, though-and I suppose, in my defense-sex is part of my job. Well, heck, Lauren Blakely, when your main man opens with this statement, where can things go but up? I have to admit that, having fallen so completely in love with BIG ROCK when it came out, I had high hopes for MISTER O. I mean, just the title-how could it be anything but great? Well, no surprise, Lauren has artfully delivered another wonderful friends-to-lovers story, complete with characters that I wish I could actually spend time with, sizzling chemistry, and a repeat performance by the inestimable Fido, king among cats. Nick Hammer (yes, that's his real name, thank you very much), cartoonist extraordinaire, and best friend of Spencer Holliday of BIG ROCK fame, finds himself in a fix. See, he's ready to cross a line, that line that says that you don't mess with your best friend's sister. But Nick can't help himself, because Harper Holliday has had the starring role in Nick's late night fantasies and early morning shower time for quite a while. Harper Holiday. Red hair. Blue eyes. Face of a sweet, sexy angel, body of a badass, ninja-warrior princess, and a mouth adept at pitch-perfect delivery of sarcasm. I'd play Dirty Synonyms, Dirty Antoynyms...Dirty Anything with her. Yep, Nick definitely has Harper on the brain, and when she comes to him for help in the romance department, he can't say yes quickly enough. I have to admit to having a mad girl crush on Harper. I mean, she's a magician. Like, sleight of hand, pull Skittles out of your ear, do it for a living magician. Totally badass, indeed. The fact that she's looking for schooling in the love department just makes her more endearing. I want to look into someone's eyes and feel like he knows me, gets me, understands me. I want him to see my quirks and accept them, not try to change them. I want to know what that's like. Not so much to ask for, right? And, before he knows what's hit him, Nick wants to be that guy, because, when he least expects it, this quirky, sexy, Princess of Many Faces has grabbed his heart, and he's so gone. Lauren continues to write books that engage and delight from the first page, and there is not one of her characters that does not reside in my heart. MISTER O continues the Lauren legacy, and I could not have asked for a better follow-up book in this series. A well-deserved 5+-stars for MISTER O, and lots of left over warm fuzzies and smiles for me. Next up, WELL HUNG, where Nick's brother Wyatt gets his story, and I cannot wait. If you haven't started these books, do it now. They are not to be missed.
