Born in southern Illinois and raised in Chicago, Leo describes herself as a small town girl from the big city.Moving to Florida, she worked for a small newspaper, writing weekly columns. Never did she think that a move to Phoenix, Arizona would set her on the trail of tracking down the truth behind one of the most well-known men in the state.
