I really enjoyed trying out several recipes from the book for my German friends. Everybody loved the food and the best part was that it was really easy to cook. One of my favorities is the carrot and ginger soup.
Simply, it's a beautiful book. Pictures are simply stunning! A cook book with something fresh & new recipe ideas. The author has given Indian food a new approach and a global Perspective. A recipe book with a lot of mouthwatering images & recipes with a twist! I recommend it!
