Ok, so apparently 12 year old girls enjoy getting babied and having butterflies painted on their faces. I am kind of a bad example though because I may be more mature than others because people mature at different rates. That being considered, I have not met one girl between eight and ten who is a fan of facepaint, except to participate in activities with younger siblings just to be nice. My mother got this recently on her Nook and after reading it decided that this book was not the most informative for more mature girls (such as my sister and I). She then deleted the book and decided that she didn't need advice from a book to parent. I agree with my mother and say that although this book does make some good points, most of the information in this book applies to younger girls.
