MS follows the story of Monica, a successful housekeeping manager and Owen & Alec, the two men sent to uncover secrets at her hotel. At first, I thought Monica's ability was an odd one and thought it would be hard to get into the story but it was told well and soon her ability felt "normal".
Monica can touch an object and see flashes of any sexual encounter linked to it. Owen and Alex are coworkers and lovers and want Monica as their third. I liked the story line, but a few things caused me to give it a lower rating. First, IMO when a book is classified as erotica or has the undertones of such, I expect a certain standard from the sex scenes. I didn't get that from MS. These felt more like wham bam thank you ma'am. I also wanted more interaction between the three characters. Second, this book is desperate need of editing. I can handle a few mistakes, but when it becomes habit and you have to constantly reread lines and try to figure out what's missing, it can take you out of the story. MS was enjoyable if those things can be overlooked. I am willing to give the rest of the series a try though. Now that I'm invested to a point, I'm interested in reading about the rest of Monica's family and getting to know their abilities.

I had an idea of what to expect with this book simply because of the blurb, but I still felt a bit disappointed because I wasn’t aware that it was going to be as smutty as it was. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a good smut read as much as the next person, but I was more thinking this was going to be a suspenseful story.
On that note, I do think that Ms. Walker did a good job at including the suspense into the story so that it didn’t feel too overrun with smuttiness. I thought that the characters were very interesting, and the powers that Monica had were quite awesome if I do say so! I think that the balance between the already established relationship between Owen and Alec, and the addition of Monica was done very well. I was worried that it was going to seem as though the triad was going to seem forced, but that wasn’t the case with this group.
I did enjoy the story even though it wasn’t what I expected, and I am pretty sure that I would read the other books in the series in the future.

2 1/2 STARS!!!
I really loved the premise of this book. Monica is the head of housekeeping for an upscale hotel. Her serious and professional facade holds a deep dark secret. She possess psychometric powers she can read the sexual energy from people and objects. Because of this she purposely stays away from getting too close to people. Until she meets Owen and Alex. Can these two thaw the resident Ice Queen?
I really wanted to connect with the characters, but in the end it fell a bit short for me. The sex scenes could have been a bit steamier and it just felt like the characters never fully developed. All in all the writing was good and I hope for a bit more in the next book.
I received an ARC through Netgalley for an honest review.

Overall it was a good book. You could tell the author's strong points were the "love scenes", as the actual plot didn't
go into great detail, and it didn't get very deep. I view this story on two levels- one being the plot, the other being
the love scenes. The plot's culmination was a bit of a disappointment, but the love scenes were worth reading the plot
for. But isn't that what you really read those books for in the first place? The love scenes were very well written,
and they stayed classy, which can be difficult. I look forward to reading the next two novels in the series and see how
they all tie together as I am curious about the other two sisters and more details about them and their talents.

Sexy, quick and fun read. I love Monica, Owen and Alec. The story is fast paced and exciting and very sexy. These three have a wonderful chemistry together and the sex between them was HOT. My only wish is that the story was longer….
