This story starts with a bang and then throws the book at you (literally)! I might have guessed how the ending would fall into place, but who can pass up the gossip and drama that must happen as their story unfolds. When the person who encouraged the breakup ends up falling in love with the man, its just too juicy to look away from. There were so many train wrecks waiting to happen, it was fun to watch them unfold. I loved the father element to this story as well, but really both fathers and the entire dynamic of the family's involvement pulls at your heartstrings. Everyone wants to be loved and accepted, yes of course by a significant other, but first and full most by your family. I still secretly strive as an adult for the respect of my parents. If they are proud of what I'm doing, then I know I've fully succeeded. It might not be the most healthy, but this story showcases that journey of striving for your parents approval and how to be confident in your dreams no matter what.

Jaden proposes to his girlfriend at a family wedding. When he's turned down he gets drunk and wakes in bed with another wedding party member. Jaden starts out as a beta male but he does mature and become more an alpha male. The characters are fun, interesting, some even a little quirky and there is humor. There is mild language and sensual scenes. I won't go into details on the book, others have done that. I will say I enjoyed this book, the characters, the author's humor shows in the characters and its an original storyline. Although this book is part of a series you can read it as a stand alone. Some characters from previous books will show up but its nice to see what they are doing now. I received this book from the publisher and author. All views and opinions expressed are my own. I truly enjoyed this book, it was interesting, fun and one I will enjoy revisiting in the future. Kim Law will keep you interested and I think you will enjoy this book as much as I did. Would have left 4.5 stars if the rating system would have allowed it.

This book is Jaden's story which really excited me. In Montana Mornings I was sure that Jaden was going to marry him long time Girlfriend. To my surprise that didn't happen and I am happy that they didn't tie the knot. When I first "met" Jaden I though he was a grumpy childish man but because of Montana Cherries there were a few things that we cleared up for me. It was towards the end of the book that I actually started to like Jaden and root for him. I really didn't like how Jaden treated Arsula at the wedding. But he does redeem himself I will let you find out how :). Now onto Arsula, She is an interesting woman with many "powers" like being able to comfort a person without even having to say to much. She has a temper that could flare if the right person hits her buttons. She is also one that deeply cares even though she doesn't try to show that side much. She ad Jaden even each other out. I was extremely happy to read her story. "I received a free, advanced copy of this book from the publisher. This is my unbiased and voluntary review."

Jaden Wilde is devastated when his girlfriend turns down his marriage proposal. He needs someone to love him. Growing up he and his siblings were mistreated. He has never overcome the devastation. Coming back to Birch Bay is always difficult. It triggers to many bad memories. When he meets Arsula at his brother's wedding, he finds her attractive and ends up spending the night. The upside is they have amazing chemistry. The downside he ends up with a broken ankle. What happens next is an emotional story about facing our past and getting a second chance. Jaden was a difficult person to like. He was quick to lash out when he felt threatened. I understood why, but it still made me want to shake him. When he was with Arsula, I could feel their deep connection. It bothered me that he wouldn't accept that she had a special gift. Arsula was a special character. I was impressed how her dreams were her guide to helping people. I liked how she stood her ground. This was a book that I couldn't put down. The story was amazing. I liked the characters, the setting and the sharp dialogue. I'm enjoying The Wildes of Birch Bay. Kim Law has written a compelling series.

I received a free, advanced copy of this book from the NetGalley. This is my unbiased and voluntary review. This book is about the youngest of the Wildes, Jaden, who was ignored by his mother from the day he was born. Better late then never, the entire family had gone through individual and group therapy after the abuse by their narcissistic mother. Jaden had decided to go into counseling for that reason, and is close to earning his MA. In town for his brother's wedding, he proposes to his long time girlfriend, but she turns him down, because she has felt for a while that they were really not meant for each other and has been counseled by a dream reader about her dreams. Jaden gets drunk at the wedding, and ends up in Arsula's bed. Although he doesn't know that she is the dream reader, he wakes up angry at her, she throws things at him and he falls down the stairs breaking his ankle. Arsula Moretti is brilliant; smarter than her MD father and her 3 MD brothers, but instead of following that path, she has chosen to follow the gift that she inherited from her mother's side. A gift of helping others and in her case she is a dream reader. Five months earlier her intuition told her that she was needed in Birch Bay and now she realizes that he is the one she was meant to help. But he does not take her seriously, Yet he wants to stay with her while he is recovering from surgery and rehab. She wants him to deal with the anger still simmering under the surface that he has still not faced and then be ready for the woman he is meant to be with. Is that woman her? Kim Law is one of my favorite authors and I love the series. However, I don't like Jaden too much and the end is reminiscent of many other "grand gestures" made by book boyfriends who have majorly messed up. Maybe that's where he got the idea. With an MA in counseling and years of therapy, he's lashing out of Arsula is not "how to win friends and influence people". Still the characters are all deftly developed and the storyline compelling. If you have enjoyed the previous books in the series, then this is a must read.

I loved reading Montana Dreams by Kim Law, her fourth book in The Wildes of Birch Bay series. All of the Wilde children have had difficult childhood yet they have become successful adults, or have they? Jaden returned home for a wedding and finds himself suddenly single after his girlfriend breaks up with him. Arsula arrived in Birch Bay to share her gift of dream interpreting, and now she feels the draw to heal Jaden. The town is so welcoming and accepting of Arsula and her ability to interpret dreams. The chemistry and attraction between these two is amazing, but Arsula has a huge journey ahead of her in dealing with Jaden. There were times I just wanted to reach out and smack Jaden on the head for his selfish demanding behavior. Arsula is so patient with him but has her own problems that she needs to work out. I really loved how their relationship developed and grew. Ms. Law wrote a wonderfully moving story filled with sexual chemistry, fun dialogue, and endearing characters that is not to be missed. I highly recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Trusting an instinct that tells her Birch Bay is where she needs to be, Arsula Moretti has settled in and is waiting to find out why she was drawn to the town. The women in her family are Navajo descendants who inherit special gifts and, while waiting for her destiny, she's been putting her intuitive gift to use with her newfound friends. Jaden Wilde comes home for his brother's wedding and has a surprise for his girlfriend, Megan - a ring and proposal - but Jaden gets the surprise when she breaks up with him. When Arsula meets Jaden, her destiny is revealed, and the fireworks begin. Arsula is a spitfire who doesn't back down when Jaden realizes she is the impetus behind Megan's decision to break up with him. She is also trying to strike a balance between who her physician father wants her to be and her instinctual gift. The mystical connection with her namesake aunt was a source of strength and a wonderful thread throughout the story - especially with regards to Aunt Arsula's ring. Jaden was so self-involved and logical that I didn't like him right away. He disparaged Arsula and her gift; but Law deftly has Arsula help him transform into someone who is self-aware, willing to bypass logic, and trust his instincts. He finally realizes what he wants and who he needs in his life. This the first book by Kim Law that I have read and, while it is the fourth in her Wildes of Birch Bay series, it is well-written and reads fine on its own. I definitely recommend Montana Dreams and will have to read the other books in the series to learn more about the other members of the Wilde family. I received a copy from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Montana Dreams is book four in the Wildes of Birch Bay series. This book is Jaden and Arsula's story. Jaden's life as he knew it suddenly changed. What was he to do now? When an incident puts him in an unexpected place, new possibilities surface. But will he take that chance? This story was interesting and fun. I loved the humor in it. It's a great story that I definitely recommend.

5 WILDE MONTANA STARS!! Love the Wildes and Montana. It is always fun going back there, it does help because I live in Montana. Jaden and Arsula story has all the feels and beautifully told. Kim Law does an amazing job with her storytelling and she did not disappoint with this book.

I love the series, the Wildes of Birch Bay, and Jaden Wilde’s story really touched my heart. I supposed I should first say that maybe because he is the youngest, he has some actual growing up to do. However, once you get “to know” him, he will melt your heart. Perception is everything and his view of his own place in the Wilde family has been with him for so long that he feels so very alone in the world. I can’t begin to describe it; you will just have to read the story Ms. Law tells. It made me go into protective mode! Jaden’s story starts with a devastating blow however…he meets Arsula Moretti who seems to be at the center of the devastation. She is quite a character! I’ve known someone like her, who has an amazing set of, let’s call them skills; add to that she is open and warm and friendly to everyone she meets. It isn’t until she actually speaks with Jaden that her temper – and she does have one! – makes an appearance in the story. All I will say is: watch out for flying lamps when you are reading! Jaden and Arsula come from such different family backgrounds and make a strange-ish couple but when they actually work together, they turn into a great team. (I am not doing the story justice. The buildup to their relationship is amazing and what this book is all about.) Both of them have familial issues to face, Jaden most of all, and when Arsula helps him look at things a bit differently, the light bulb moment is amazing. Arsula’s are complicated as well and it will take courage on her part to deal with them. I think this is my favorite Wilde couple. They are certainly unconventional – Arsula sees to that! – but at heart, they were meant to be. I received a free, advance copy of this book from the publisher. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Montana Dreams brings us the youngest of the Wilde family, Jaden. Perhaps the most damaged by his mother’s unloving, bordering on cruelty, parenting style he’s working on his Masters in Psychology to learn to cope. After he’s cut loose by his long time girlfriend, he blames her friend Arsula for their break up. Arsula is a kind of life coach, specializing in dream interpretation, which Jaden does not believe in at all. She’s the reason his girlfriend doesn’t love him anymore. Someone has to take the blame, it certainly isn’t his fault! Some spark must be between them though…they end up naked in her apartment! We get glimpses of the other Wilde family members in this, the 4th book in the series. It’s nice to see how everyone is doing and how they’re dealing with the orchard and shop. Family aging issues and family dynamics are also touched on. Dealing with psychological damage caused by family is brutal. You sometimes have to step away to see what’s right in front of you. Jaden and Arsula have to take a couple of steps back to find out what they really want and what they really need. I like the authors writing style and hope there will be other books in this series!

Jaden has always been the one to analysis everyone else's feelings or reactions to things. When Arsula comes in and says she's here to fix him and starts to analysis his feelings, he doesn't take it well. Forget that she's the one that may have helped his exgirlfriend realize they weren't meant to be or the way he and Arsula get together and proceed to work through all the feelings. Love Ms. Law's mix of heavy real life situations with some laughs on the way to a happily ever after! Although this is book 4 in the series, it can easily be read as a standalone. I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving my review.

I really enjoyed this book, well written, easy to read. yet the characters have just enough depth that you really want to meet them and go along on their journey and you are sad when the book is over, because you are not ready to let them go. “I received a free, advance copy of this book from the publisher. I was so happy to return to Wilde family. They have all gone through so much as children but somehow they have come out and succeeded or have they? Do you believe in the interpretation of dreams? Jaden Wilde has returned home for a wedding and finds himself suddenly single after his girlfriend breaks up with him. Arsula has arrived in Birch Bay to share her gift of dream interpreting, and now she feels the draw to heal Jaden. The chemistry is instantaneous between the two but Arsula has her work cut out in Jaden. At times I just wanted to reach out and bop Jaden on the head for his selfish demanding behavior. Arsula is so patient in him but also has her own problems that she needs to work out. I really loved how their relationship developed and grew. I highly recommend this book. This is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone but then you will want to read the rest of the Wilde family. I just love this cover!!!

Montana Dreams is the fourth book in the Wildes of Birch Bay Series. This series revolves around a family of children and their dad. They had a narcissistic mother that died. Each child carrying different scars from how her mothering or lack thereof. Montana Dreams is about Jayden Wilde, the youngest of the children. He has been in Seattle going to school to become a psychologist so he can help children from the same background as himself. He is back for his brother's wedding and is also proposing to his girlfriend of three years. But it doesn't go as planned. Megan is Jayden's girlfriend of three years. They were friends that turned into more. Everything was great until recently. Well, maybe not that recently. Megan had a dream and it bothered her. She sought out help in trying to figure it out. What she believed it told her was that her and Jayden were not meant to be together. But she really had been feeling that for a bit already. Jayden was back for his brother's wedding, he was late and we are sitting in his truck arguing. All of a sudden he pulls out an engagement ring and proposes. I don't want to hurt him but I can't do this. Jayden and Megan break up right before the wedding, he thinks she has cold feet, and she is just not in love with him. The wedding is hard and everyone notices something is off. The woman who helped Megan with her dream is there, Arsula and she becomes a major player in this book. She believes she was sent to Birch Bay to help Jayden with his issues regarding his family. In all it was a good story. Jayden was a slightly annoying character with his mean and whiny nature. I knew where it was coming from but it was still hard to deal with sometimes. He could be very sweet and charming as well which more than made up for his whining. Arsula was a wonderful fun and crazy character. She was also a very sweet and caring person who just brought you in and touched your heart. She herself had a few issues that had to be dealt with. Can they both do what needs to be done to move forward? If you haven't read the first three books in this series it might be a bit hard to understand the dynamics of the family so I would highly recommend you read them even if you do it after reading this book. They all can stand alone but in my opinion are better if you read them all. Enjoy!! “I received a free, advance copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. I received a free advanced copy of this book from the publisher. This is my unbiased and voluntary review. I give Montana Dreams 4 1/2 Stars. This is the fourth book in the series and it was kind of different. For some reason I had more trouble connecting to this one than any of the others. Maybe it was just the different vibe that threw me a little. Even the names of the characters were "different".I absolutely loved the cover--and covers mean a lot to me. I also loved the humor in this book. Jaden, who is studying to be a therapist, is the member of the Wilde family. Each member of the family was touched in negative ways by the narcissistic mother. Arsala is a brilliant woman born into a family of doctors who chooses to go her own way, garnering her the disappointment of her father. She has a gift of being able to decipher dreams and help people find their right path. As a therapist, Jaden thinks her "gift" is a crock of ___ and certainly doesn't believe he needs her input on his life. They are thrown together under difficult circumstances and are somewhat surprised to feel an attraction to each other, which is almost as strong as their animosity. That makes for an interesting path to togetherness. It's a path of self awareness and discovery for both of them that, of course, leads to a happy ever after. I'm already anxious for the next book in the series!

This is the fourth book of the Wilde’s of Birch Bay. The Wilde’s are a large family with six kids. While their mother isn’t in the book, her abusive behavior has shaped all her children’s lives. This book centers around Jaden, the youngest in the family. Jaden comes home from Seattle, where he is finishing his Masters in counseling, to attend he brothers wedding. Right before the wedding, he proposes to his girlfriend Megan, who dumps him. Arsula has a gift, she is able to interpret dreams and help people make positive life decisions. She helped Megan realize that Jaden wasn’t the man for her. After a series of events, Jaden and Arsula are thrown together (drunken almost hookup, Jaden’s compound fracture of the ankle). I have read all the books in the series and enjoyed this one. I really liked Arsula, and enjoyed catching up with the rest of the family. Jaden was harder to like. He was whiny, condescending and cruel to Arsula at times. He did come around in the end, but i just didn’t warm up to him. That is what kept this from being a five star review. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley for my honest review.

In this fourth book we get the youngest Wilde, Jaden’s story. He seems to have been the most damaged of the siblings by his mother’s narcissistic, abusive behavior and his father’s lack of interest. Add on a rejected proposal, a intuitive dream interpreter and his struggle to finish his counseling degree. Interesting dynamics and the book to read if you believe in intuition and the meaning of dreams. I voluntarily reviewed this advanced reader copy and I have not been compensated in any way.

I really liked Arsula but it took me a while to warm up to Jaden. I felt sorry for him at the beginning of the story, but that changed as the story progressed, he wasn't so likeable and then by the end, I liked him. Jaden is hurting after his girlfriend decided that she didn't want to be with him anymore. Especially since he was going to propose to her. Jaden tends to lash out and he lashed out at Arsula a few times and she did not let him get away with anything. She did let him know he was being a big jerk. As their relationship progresses, Arsula pinpoints what the problem is with Jaden's relationship with his family, of course he lashed out at her and ruined things between them. Arsula is dealing with some issues with her dad and Jaden has to come to terms with his own feelings. Will he be able to do that before he drives Arsula away forever?

I am a huge fan of the The Wildes of Birch Bay series & Montana Dreams is a great addition to the story line. These books can be read as a stand alone but I'd read them all. I thought the love story between Jaden & Arsula was unique & so interesting. A different twist on opposites attracting for sure. Kim Law wrote another wonderful story that I was sad to see end. I received a free, advance copy of this book from the publisher. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Author Kim Law has once again brought us a story that will burrow into your heart and stay there. Considering when I started this one I wasn't sure I could find the premises I read in the blurb believable, I'd say that's pretty high praise of her writing. This is the fourth book in the Wildes of Birch Bay series but it is easily read standalone. Jaden like the rest of the Wilde's still needs to deal with issues left over from his mother's psychological abuse. He's a wonderful strong character and I enjoyed watching the relationship between him and Arsula evolve and develop. This is a fresh and unique story that I think everyone will enjoy. I definitely recommend.

This is the fourth book of The Wildes of Birch Bay series - Jaden’s story. Jaden is the youngest of the siblings in this family, all of whom are dealing with the baggage left behind by their deceased, mentally ill mother. Jaden is finishing his grad school program and comes home for his older brother’s wedding. Just before the wedding he proposes to his long-time girlfriend. We get to accompany Jaden on his journey to learn why his proposal was rejected and how he gets from that to “happily ever after”. I was thoroughly hooked by the first three books and just as engaged by this one. I can’t wait for the next in the series. I received a free, advance copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for my unbiased review.

Another great book in the Wildes of Birch Bay series. The story line is an emotional roller coaster as feelings of inadequacy come to the surface. Love and trust can save Jaden if he opens his heart! Very enjoyable read. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book; all opinions expressed are my own.

We are back in Montana and the Wilde siblings. Siblings that suffered in their childhood due to a narcissist mother and a weak father. Those childhood experiences affected them very much and as adults , still have residual effects. This time the story belongs to the youngest, Jaden, a young man about to get his master’s in counseling. He’s in town for his brother’s wedding and to propose to his girlfriend. But things don’t go as expected . Arsula is an intuitive and as far as Jaden is concerned , the one to blame for his girlfriend’s decision to turn down his proposal. As we read the story, we are reminded that the experiences of our childhood will affect us as adults. Especially when the people that are to suppose to love us and care for us , really don’t. Though not my favorite in the series, it was still a good story. I was entrusted this copy by Netgalley and Montlake Romance. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
