Montana Miracle by Debra Salonen

Sometimes, it takes a village to create a Montana miracle.

Gage Monroe has given himself until Christmas Day to wrap up the unpleasant bits and pieces of his old life in Paradise, Montana, before starting fresh in much warmer climes. And the last thing a loner like Gage needs is a beautiful, passionate pastor's misguided attempt to draw him into her flock. The people of Paradise exiled Gage a long time ago...with good reason.

Pastor Samantha "Sam" Zabrinski didn't move halfway across the country to accept a position in the little town of Paradise because she lacked gumption. She has no intention of giving up on Gage Monroe--a man with depth and heart he hides from the world. Besides, Gage just may be the Christmas miracle Sam's been praying for...

I do not think 160 pages should be considered a full book. It is annoying to pay for it and find it is a short story that takes less than an hour to read. All those stories together in this series probably could make 2or 3 real books and stop ripping people off.

***This ebook was provided by Tule Publishing in exchange for an honest review*** Montana Miracle is book # 8 in the Big Sky Mavericks series. This series just gets better and better, Gage Monroe is planning to leave his old life in Paradise, Montana and start fresh in much warmer climates. He wants to fix his parents old house and then sell it but he has his work cut out for him since the last renters made a mess of the house and it's not going to be easy fixing and cleaning the lace all by himself so when people in town tell him to ask the town pastor Sam if she know anyone who is looking for a short time job he's socked to realize that Sam is Samantha and that he's attracted to her. Sam is looking for a Christmas miracle- she is planning a live crèche for Christmas and she needs all the help she can get but it's going to be very hard to convince Gage to take part in Christmas celebrations and to stay in Paradise, Montana after December 25th. I really enjoyed reading Montana Miracle, Gage was far from being a perfect hero but he learned from his past mistakes and he's trying to build a better life for himself and he hope to try and find his daughter that he hasn't seen in many many years. Sam is no strangers to mistakes, she got pregnant from a one night stand when she visited Africa when she was young and she couldn't even let the baby's father know but Sam believe in second chances and she is trying to make Gage see what a good man he is and that he deserve to be hay again, Montana Miracle is a story about second chance in life, about hope and forgiveness and I really enjoyed reading it.

But there is something that just keeps pulling them together while he is in town .When she finds out about his daughter that he has not seen in a long time Sam finds her and bring them together and now finds he wants to stay and make a new life for him and Sam.

Wow! What a beautifully written story that truly adds to the meaning of Christmas and goodwill towards men. I enjoyed the trip back to Marietta and touching base with previous characters in the series. Gage returns home to find a mess. As he goes about cleaning up, he looks for help and finds it with Pastor Sam. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Gage Monroe comes home to Paradise Montana to find his parents home in a mess. Sam Zabrinsky is the new pastor in Paradise and thrives on helping people. This story completely took me by surprise in a good way. Sam is a normal woman who happens to be a pastor. This is a great Christmas story that teaches compassion and loyalty and love.

Loved this one!!! Once I started reading Gage and Samantha's story I couldn't stop. There's nothing left for Gage in Paradise, Montana but a run down farmhouse and a boatload of bad memories. So getting the house fixed up and ready to sell is his focus. He's given himself a month to get it done and get out of town. That is until he comes across a certain minister who isn't quite what he was expecting. Pastor Sam is a woman. All woman. And she's a woman he can't get out of his head! This is a wonderful story of letting the past go, accepting what's right now, and looking forward to the future. Gage finally believes he deserves a bright future, as long as Sam is by his side. I highly recommend this one!!

This is an endearing and heart-warming story set during the Christmas season. I love unique characters and they were here in both the two legged and the four legged variety. It's now my favorite book in the author's "Big Sky Mavericks" series! While it can be read as a stand alone title there were many cameos by previous characters so reading the prior books can only enhance the experience.

Memories and miracles. Gage Monroe discovers going back home to Paradise Montana isn't nearly as bad as he thought it would be. He finds people to be very friendly and generous towards him despite the fact that he did time in prison after an accident that killed two people. He also forms a friendship with the new pastor in town, who just happens to be a gorgeous single mother. Samantha "Sam" Zabrinski was currently hard at work building her living crèche when Gage walks in her church. Sam can't help but feel attracted to Gage and think he would be perfect playing the role of Joseph if she can tell him into it. As Sam gets to know Gage better, she learns there is so much more to him than meets the eye. Will Sam be able to resist her attraction to Gage? There is a lot more to this story than just the romance part. It is beautifully written and the characters have a lot of depth to them to them. I enjoyed catching up with characters from previous books too. I hope to see more of some of the newer characters in this book in the future.

A heartwarming Christmas story that I could not put down. I so enjoyed the building romance of Gage and Pastor Sam.Gage has come back to Paradise Montana for a short time to wrap up what life he has left there. When he meets the new Pastor Sam, who is busy planning her living creche for Christmas. If she gets her way Gage will be Joseph. Sam sees so much more in Gage then what he sees in himself. Sam is a single mom of Makayla, a teenager who is searching for her father. Sam is related to the Zabrinsky family from the previous Big Sky Mavericks stories, it was great to catch up with them. Love how Debra included the barn, the three wise men and a dog in her story line. I highly recommend this book to bring the true meaning of Christmas this season.

Gage Monroe has come home to Paradise, Montana. He wants to cut all ties with this town now that his parents are dead. To do this he must sell the family home. The memories are painful and he can't shake his guilt. Then he meets Pastor Sam (Samantha). Her goodness and support slowly change him. Can she help him put the past behind him and embrace the future? Gage is a complex character. He lost everything - his family and his freedom. He no longer trusts people. He's attracted to Sam but doesn't want to get involved. He'll be gone very soon. What does he do now? Sam is a single mother who has unbelievable courage. She sees the goodness in Gage and wants him in her life, but she has other worries. How does she explain to her daughter the circumstances of her birth. As these two deal with their past, they grow closer to each other. Will the holiday season bring about a miracle. I was touched by this story. It's very emotional. I wanted them to have a future filled with love and happiness. I just wasn't sure how that would happen. The beauty of Montana is a wonderful backdrop. This area has good, caring people. I enjoyed catching up with Sam' cousins, the Zabrinskis. Montana Miracle is a special holiday treat. It emphasizes the goodness of people and that we all deserve a second chance at happiness.
