About the Author
Award-winning photographer Ann Edall-Robson grew up participating in equine events such as rodeos and gymkhanas and still lives near the rolling foothills, mountains, wildlife, ranching, farming, and country life that inspire so much of her work; both written and photographic. An avid quilter and gardener, and fiercely committed to the need to share traditions, heritage, and stories that seem to be fast slipping away from modern society, she wrote Moon Rising as a sometimes comic but always loving expression of her belief in the country way of life that she was born into and raised by. Ann is also the author of two cookbooks; From Our Home To Yours: Cookies, and From Our Home To Yours: Cakes & Squares. She lives with her husband in Airdrie, Alberta.
