I love this little book. Once you go through it a couple of times, to teach yourself the different stretches and poses, the sequence comes pretty easy. I like the picture reference in the back as a reminder of what comes next, so you don't skip something. I'm in my 60s and found most of it very comfortable. I don't do the "getting on the floor" stuff - I'd never get up - so this was perfect. I have given this book several times as gifts. I will look for more from this author and thank you to her.

The yoga in this book is very easy to do without any special equipment. The assumption is that you are a beginner. Jane Goad Trechsel has a very calm and encouraging tone on her CD, which is included, and it's a great way to wake up to the day.
