Motown: A Journey Through Hitsville USA

Boyz II Men, who rose to stardom in the '90s with their signature "Motown Philly" harmonies, pay homage to Motown pioneers Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, the Four Tops, the Commodores, and others on Motown: A Journey Through Hitsville USA. If I had thirteen dollars left to my name, and I had the choice to purchase this cd or purchase a good meal, I'd certainly purchase this cd. Thanks Boys II Men.

I would start out saying that Boyz II Men are back, but they've never left, they've always been around making great music. But they are back with a new album of great songs from the Motown! It has been said that "cover" albums are not commercially successful or radio-friendly, but I have to disagree when it comes to their lastest work. There are two tracks that will seal the deal for you - at least in my opinon - "Ribbon in the Sky" and the acappella version of their #1 hit "End of the Road" If you are a true music lover and want a refreshing change from what's been playing on today's airwaves, then this is the album for you..the true "remedy". Enjoy!
