I ordered this item on-line and was told it would be shipped from Alibris, one of B&N's marketplace partners. I received an email that the item was shipped. Weeks later, I received another email saying they miscounted their inventory, they were out of stock and the item was never shipped. They offered a refund -- but now it's too late for me to have this item sent as a gift for a friend for Christmas. Shame on B&N for partnering with such an unreliable seller!
Like the other reviewer of this Mozart box set, I, too, ordered it from a B&N Marketplace seller - Classical Music Superstore. I placed my order on December 8th. I paid for Expedited Shipping, too. My card was charged and I was told the item was shipped and would received on December 16th - in plenty of time for Christmas. It didn't arrive. Classical Music Superstore didn't answer two e-mails, a voicemail, a message via their website Contact form, or posts to their Facebook page. When I called CMS, they said they couldn't find my order. Then, they said they could find it but there had been a mistake - no product. Nothing to ship. On backorder. They tried to blame B&N. B&N more or less blamed CMS. Long and short of the matter: ordering this item from B&N or one of its Marketplace sellers is a crapshoot. Given these two reviews, chances are you won't receive it. You'll get the runaround from B&N, and really bad service from the Marketplace seller. Save your money. Buy this somewhere else.
