These four novellas are written to please and stimulate the reader who loves murder mysteries. The daughter of a very small town Chief of Police is home after graduation from a major university. Her university degree is in criminology. She begins her career as a police officer to learn the ropes.
The first case has a pretty woman murdered by a golf club. She's found by a foursome of women at a tournament. Stacy is called in to investigate the murder. Her first meeting with the State Police is not good. Controversy arises.
Second case has a body found in a trash can naked with his feet super glued to the back wall of a country store. Stacy tries to make sense out of nonsense. Drugs, gay sex, corrupt officials and local yokels make up the cast.
Third is a well like caretaker of a church found hanging from the bell tower rope. The prime suspect is the pastor who likes little boys and girls way too much.
Last is a story of a guy fishing that catches a human arm instead of fish off the jetty. It turns into revenge and kidnapping case that has our Stacy Foreham puzzled until the very end.
About the Author
I love to tell a story, but after all is said and done, I need help with editing. Friends are great, but are not editors. Besides I live out of country, semi-retired, with forgetfulness knocking on my door. What you see are my first attemps at self publishing.
I promise better work to come.
