About the Author

Michael Richardson is a professor of radiology and adjunct professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. In his day job, he specializes in musculoskeletal radiology, but also has strong interests in computer technology, biostatistics and numerical analysis. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed papers and published several electronic books. Outside of radiology, he spends a great deal of his time playing fiddle music for folk dancing.
