Musings from a Wildflower is the first collection of poems from the Micro Poetry series by Kiyo, the author and artist of Dreamscape.
Inspired by philosophy, nature, daily thoughts and emotions, these minimalistic poems (based in origins on the art found in Japanese poetry; the way of saying so much in so little) aim to encourage, make one ponder, or show you the beauty that can be found in the little things.
Gathered together, Musings from a Wildflower collects a hundred micro poems side by side in this poetry-only eBook edition, and the original full-colour edition (available in both print and eBook) giving the reader a chance to briefly escape and dream away.

About the Author
Hello, and welcome; it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Kimberly Jolanda, and I am an author, visual poet and artist from The Netherlands. Combining my passions for both art and the written word, I began sharing my Visual Poetry online under my creative nickname Kiyo, and have published a handful of books like the fully illustrated Dreamscape, featuring my artwork and poems; the first Micro Poetry collection, Musings from a Wildflower, and more recently, Amaranthine, which hold all my haiku poems till date. In the fall of 2019 I switched to using my full name due to the desire to focus more on writing stories like my free eBook, Echoes from Another Time, and am presently thrilled to be working on a compilation of various magically touched tales slated for an expected 2020 release.
