How do families find balance? Although the immediate answer is unclear, one thing is certain -- the American family needs help. My Cup Runneth Over guides families in setting goals for themselves. Daryl and his wife have first-hand experience on this subject, both working full-time jobs, and raising three active children. This book uses a new management process called Meshing TM.
The book is very different from most family books, focusing more on practical solutions. Daryl has used our experience as managers from the government, nonprofit, and private business sectors to assist families in this country to do what we have done--take control of our family.
Written in an informal, entertaining style, it provides information to families that give them HOPE. Creatively illustrated with graphics and charts, the book is also indexed for quick reference. It is essential reading for families in search of purpose.

Sitting in his favorite reclining chair, "Man, you stupid bum, why didn't you throw the ball," moans Bill. Enter his tired, working and emotionally drained wife Kim. "Good evening, Honey, how's your day been?" "Fine, Baby!"
"Well, I'm totally drained from my job-they don't give me anytime for planning---it's push, push." "Honey, are you listening to me?" groans Kim. "Sure, Baby, you had a rough day." Bill mechanically speaks, as he turns up the volume and moves closer to the television. Kim is irritated.
"Bill, I'm trying to talk to you. I'm think I'm more important than a University of Tennessee football game," rebukes Kim. "I'll be there soon, Baby," screams Bill over the TV volume. Kim storms out! The game is over. "OK, Baby, how was your day?" speaks Bill as he turns from the TV. No one is there.

The information that Daryl Green has provided has been a tremendous help to my sister. As a single mother living in Los Angeles, she is constantly challenged to find positive influences for her 11 year old son. I purchased 'My Cup Runneth Over', as a gift for her. She told me that both she and my nephew have both benefited from its readings!
