. This children's book is an excellent way to introduce young readers to the idea of wearing glasses. Whether your child has glasses or not, this book takes something that can be difficult for young children (wearing glasses) and make them feel special, not different. It is written remarkably well and uses rhymes to help the ideas stay with the reader. The main character explains that his glasses are nothing to be embarrassed about. Instead he feels like a superhero with his ability to see with his glasses. I would highly recommend this for any child who may wear glasses as well as any child who may have a friend, peer, or family member who has wears glasses.

This book is wonderfully written and illustrated. Speaking from experience the author eloquently describes how important glasses can be to a young child with vision problems. Any child who is nervous about wearing their glass to school for the first time should read this book to understand that wearing glasses doesn't make them different but unique.

This is an excellent children's book. A child could relate to this story as it is told through the point of view of a little bear. The title itself is a lesson and the illustrations are very well done. The author himself has worn glasses for over 30 years. He speaks from experience. The character explains how glasses are helpful for seeing better and that wearing glasses may make you a superhero. This book is perfect for a child who may be having issues with wearing eye glasses.
