- Psce yourself, and enjoy the thoughts of what is to come.
- Don't aim to be perfect all the time, just some of it!
- Remember exercise is good for you, even when pregnant.
- Remember your partner and love him t bits too.
- Relax, meditate and write up your pregnancy journal, and you will reap the reward of memories in the future, and let your offspring know what it was like too.
