A pack of wolves inhabits the small town of Whispering Hollow shortly after "Mr. Creepy" moves in. Rumors fly, everyone is whispering, and all believe that the new resident may actually be a werewolf!
With the help of the police, Mystery and Soda Pop investigate their new neighbor and set out to find the answers to all the weird stuff going on.
Is it possible that the legend of Mr. Creepy is really true?

I bought this book for my kids and they loved it ( I also loved it). The fun mystery and detective story had just enough of a creep-factor, along with strong family themes and great story about community and friendship. The kids I bought this for (11 and 13) could not put it down until they reached the end, and they loved the two main characters - Mystery Muffin and Soda Pop. They now want to run around their neighborhood solving "mysteries" . . . The book also does a great job of highlighting community police and the relationship they have with their town. There's also an interesting and timely story about bullying in the background here that teaches a good lesson. Overall my family loved this book and we recommend it! We hope there's a sequel.
