This story is great for emergent readers. The story only has one simple sentence on every page and the illustrations are very helpful hints for new readers. The story is about a girl named Annie who has lost her mitten. Annie goes on a journey to search for her mitten but she still can't find it. At the end of the story Annie's teacher finds Annie's mitten in the heart of a snowman outside. This is a really cute story for new readers!

This an awesome book right up there with "LittleToot"(the tug boat)--- my two all time favorite classics when I was a child. Gotta find it for my daughter--I've been looking.
