This presentation of God's Holy Word is outstanding. The chronilogical presentation along with the notes, gives you a clear historical perspective and understanding.

So helpful -- in Chronlogical order -- proverbs by subject order; laws of Moses by subject order... great explanations. I highly recommmend it!!

After completing a basic through the Bible in a year, the next year I did it with a chronological 1 year Bible. This suited my thought processes better. This year I purchased the Narrated Bible in Chronological Order for my reading. I'm enjoying the narrative that amplifies and explains many of the passages. The narration does not take much extra time when doing the daily reading.

We are reading it in our Word Study group. I am UNDERSTANDING the Bible a little more at a time as we read on in order as they happened.

The hard cover version of this Bible is the first chronological Bible I acquired a few years back. I was not disappointed! I love the fact that I can close my evenings with a reading in this Bible unfettered by chapter and verse (which were moved to the outside columns). I can read the historical documents, poems, letters, etc not only in the order they were written, but how they were written - as letters or documents! For years I had hoped that some one would finally put out a chronological Bible. I like the notations, introductions and section titles, which help you to understand the content better. I would recommend the NIV Narrated Bible to all!
