He spent four years as editor and national transportation correspondent for Bloomberg News and three years as managing editor of The Journal of Commerce. Abramson was also the editor of Traffic World. He is the author of Hero in Disgrace: The True Discoverer of the North Pole, Frederick A. Cook. Abramson lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
