About the Author

Ginger Zee is the chief meteorologist at ABC News. You see her covering the nation's weather headlines on Good Morning America and across all ABC News broadcasts and digital platforms. Zee also hosts an ABC News original digital series "Food Forecast," focused on climate and its impact on agriculture. Zee's love of adventure does not stop at studying the atmosphere in the center of the storm. She para-hawked in Nepal, para-glided in the Himalayas and the Andes, dove with sharks in the Bahamas, rappelled 27 stories down the exterior facade of the Wit Hotel in Chicago, plus has gone ice boat racing and surfing. She lives in New York City with her husband and son.

Ginger Zee has become my favorite meteorologist on GMA. She tackles every weather story like it is the best. I hope she is on GMA forever!

I enjoyed Zee’s memoir. It felt like sitting down with an old friend swapping stories from the past. I always appreciate getting a glimpse into the intricacies that make a celebrity “human”.

It was a quick read but she seemed to skim over a lot of her life. She hit a few high and low points. This could have been a magazine article.

Always been a Ginger fan since she started on GMA. But so great to read her story and see how she has faced all the challenges and stayed true to herself. Great message for young people and those struggling with depression. So glad she has found happiness and success!

I thought I’d attempt another book but unless it grabs me in the first sample chapter, I’m gone. Chapter 1 got me!

I liked to watch Ginger before I read this book ... now I feel like I couldn't turn it off fast enough if she came on ... so much emphasis on her lack of morals and portraying this as something ordinary ...

A narcissistic writing about herself
